The unconscious mind does no know the difference between imagination and reality. We use hypnotherapy with our clients when requested, or when we feel it is helpful. We work with the unconscious mind to guide behaviour and thoughts to where the client needs. By changing our thoughts, we can learn new and different behaviours. Clients remain conscious and relaxed during hypnosis.
